VISION

STORY
My interest in health has been there for as long as I can remember. So has my desire to contribute to a healthier world.
As a child, I raised money for orangutans and carried snails around in my pockets so they wouldn’t have to be alone. That genuine care grew into a fascination with health, human behaviour and sustainability. I wanted to understand how we can help people live healthier lives in a way that is good for both people and planet.
I hold a Master’s degree in Behavioural Change, specialising in health and sustainability. I spent five years working in the corporate world on sustainable food systems, exploring how we can create meaningful change in the way people think and choose.
At the same time, health was also personal. I have always been driven and set high standards for myself, and had a tendency to push beyond my limits. Over the years, this showed up in sleeping problems, IBS, hyperventilation and eventually burnout at 23.
My own health journey made me curious about what sits underneath our behaviour and wellbeing. Why do we know what is good for us, yet still struggle to act on it? What happens in our bodies when we are stressed? And how much of our health is shaped by things we are not consciously aware of?
In 2024, I left my career. What started as a journey out into the world became a journey inward. During that time, I ended up in hospital and was diagnosed with chronic atypical migraine.
It wasn’t the beginning of my interest in health. It became a turning point in how deeply I wanted to understand it. I started looking at health through a wider lens and studied somatic therapy, trauma healing, nervous system regulation, gut health and energy work, alongside my background in behavioural science and plant-based nutrition. My chronic diagnosis disappeared. That made me see health differently and sits at the base of my work.
VISION
A healthier world starts within
I see health as an ecosystem. Your body, mind, emotions, nervous system, behaviour, nutrition, gut health and energy constantly influence one another. They are not separate parts that can simply be fixed one by one.
Yet we learn so much about the world around us and so little about that inner world. I believe meaningful change starts with understanding your own system by learning to notice, feel and experience what is happening within you. Because you can only give yourself what you need when you understand how you work.
I believe this matters beyond the individual. When we take better care of our inner world, it changes how we show up, the choices we make, how we relate to others and what we contribute to the world around us. Healthier inner worlds lead to a healthier outer world.

How I work
This is the foundation of how I work with others.
I bring together behavioural science, plant-based nutrition and gut health, and somatic and energetic work. I combine scientific knowledge with experience and the mind with the body.
Not as separate methods, but as different ways of understanding the same whole.
Because knowing what to do is rarely enough. Real change happens when you understand what is happening within you, learn to listen to your body and discover what truly supports you.
That is what I help you do. Understand yourself. Feel what you need. Nourish what supports you. Change what no longer does. So you can live fully — and contribute to what matters to you.
